Our USA Boxing Certified coaches teach the most effective fundamentals of boxing, focusing on movement, proper technique, strength, speed and conditioning. We offer private training as well as small group instruction for men, women and kids of all ages and skill levels.
A Total Body Workout in an Hour
Every class will vary, however you can always expect the workouts to be challenging. If you have any health concerns or injuries, we’ll offer you modifications that will accommodate you, yet still challenge even the most experienced athlete. Our group classes are interactive and provide a sense of camaraderie, encouraging you to work harder than you would by yourself. Each class is suitable for all fitness levels. Participants should bring their own boxing gloves and hand wraps, which may be purchased here.
