I told my to give another chance until my next appointment. And then I found this place! I came here and in the first 3 months my numbers were already down, so everyone was surprised. I kept doing it because I was getting the health benefits. Sione and Kathy are awesome! Other gyms don’t take care of you as a person. Boxing at FA helps me build strength & endurance for my sophomore year hockey season at Medfield High School. So far I’ve notice improvements in my strength and can’t wait to see how much more conditioned I am before the season starts.
